She is not about getting you to be EVERYWHERE, she's about getting you to focus on consistency and quality and truly serving your people. And gives you tons of examples, ideas, and support to keep you creating and delivering to your community. Definitely a great read for a business owner looking to have an impact in the world.

I'd also attended an event with her years ago in the Seattle area. Liking her perspective, I picked up her book.
Even though I've decided to take my mission on a slightly different course, I still found her wisdom useful. I especially liked what she had to say about the use of our time and energy, and the building of connection and community. Regardless of the way we are living our lives or growing our mission in this world, we truly do need each other to grow. This book both reinforces and explores this consciousness.

Tracey's book was different with both some new ideas and a selection of alternatives for most scenarios. I liked how she emphasized that not everything is going to be a good fit for everyone and to take what fits and leave what doesn't. I think this is always good advice and definitely found it to be true when I was doing sales training. Almost anyone can sell, but everyone does not do it the same way. I recommend Tracey's book for it's wealth of information and the directness & ease with which she presents it.
